Use of Service

• Services are restricted to lawful purposes only.
• Users receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access and use the services for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

User Conduct

You bear responsibility for all content created. The platform prohibits uploading content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your created content but grant Crayo AI broad licensing rights for service delivery. The company owns all software and platform intellectual property.

Termination

Crayo AI may terminate access without notice for TOS violations.

Refund Policy

The platform does not offer refunds per our separate refund policy.

Billing and Rebill Terms

Crayo Clipper Plan standard pricing is $39/month. Promotional pricing may offer the first 3 months for $27 total, which is 77% off and a savings of $90 versus the regular $117 3-month total.

Unless canceled before renewal, subscriptions automatically renew at $39/month after the initial promotional period. Renews at $39/month after your first 3 months. Cancel anytime.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided "as is" without guarantees of fitness or uninterrupted availability.

Age Restriction

Users must be at least 18 years old. Underage accounts face immediate termination.

Limitation of Liability

Crayo AI bears no liability for damages resulting from service use.

Changes to Terms

The company reserves modification rights; continued use implies acceptance.

Governing Law

Terms are governed by the jurisdiction where Crayo AI operates.
