By accessing Crayo AI's services, you consent to these terms. Non-acceptance means you should not use the platform.

Description of Service

Crayo AI offers AI-powered editing tools designed to assist users in creating and editing content.

Use of Service

• Services are restricted to lawful purposes only.
• Users receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access and use the services for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

User Conduct

You bear responsibility for all content created. The platform prohibits uploading content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your created content but grant Crayo AI broad licensing rights for service delivery. The company owns all software and platform intellectual property.

Termination

Crayo AI may terminate access without notice for TOS violations.

Refunds and Guarantees

Each offer sold on this site carries the money-back guarantee shown on its sales page. The guarantee window, conditions and request process for every offer are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Refund requests go to support@crayo.ai and are confirmed within 2 business days.

Billing and Automatic Renewal

Some offers include a Crayo subscription that renews automatically. By completing a purchase you authorize Crayo, Inc. to charge the payment method you provide for the first payment shown at checkout and for each renewal at the price and interval stated for that offer, until you cancel. The current offers are:

• Get-Paid-To-Clip Starter Kit. $17 at purchase, or the discounted price shown at checkout if a coupon is applied. Includes the Starter Kit plus a free 30-day trial of the Crayo Hobby Plan. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the plan renews automatically 30 days after purchase at $29 per month and then every month until cancelled. A coupon on the first payment does not change the renewal price.
• Crayo Clipper Plan. $27 for the first 3 months, then renews automatically at $39 per month until cancelled.

The exact amounts, the renewal interval and any add-ons are shown on the checkout page before you pay, and the checkout page controls if it differs from this list. Subscriptions bought through offers that are no longer for sale keep renewing on the terms shown when they were purchased. Charges appear on your card statement as CRAYO, INC.

Cancelling. You can cancel at any time, with no fee and no reason required, by signing in at crayo.ai/settings and pressing Cancel, or by emailing support@crayo.ai. Step-by-step instructions are on our cancellation page. Cancelling stops all future charges. Your access continues until the end of the period already paid for, and cancelling during a trial means the renewal is never charged.

Price changes. We will not change the renewal price of an active subscription without emailing you at least 30 days in advance. You can cancel before the new price takes effect.

Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails we may retry it and may suspend access to the plan until it is paid. The Starter Kit and any one-time items you have already received are unaffected.

Billing questions. If you see a charge you do not recognize, email support before contacting your bank. We answer within 2 business days and resolve genuine billing errors with a refund.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided "as is" without guarantees of fitness or uninterrupted availability.

Age Restriction

Users must be at least 18 years old. Underage accounts face immediate termination.

Limitation of Liability

Crayo AI bears no liability for damages resulting from service use.

Changes to Terms

The company reserves modification rights; continued use implies acceptance.

Governing Law

Terms are governed by the jurisdiction where Crayo AI operates.
