Cancel in the app

   Sign in to Crayo

   Go to crayo.ai and sign in with the email address you used at checkout. Your account was created with that email when you purchased, so you do not need a password. Enter the one-time code we email you.

   Open Settings

   Go to crayo.ai/settings. Your plan, renewal date and renewal price are shown at the top of the page.

   Press Cancel

   Press Cancel under your plan. Confirm once. Your subscription is cancelled immediately and no further payments are collected.

Cancel by email

If you cannot sign in, email support@crayo.ai from the address you used at checkout with the subject "Cancel my subscription". We cancel within 1 business day and reply to confirm. If a renewal is due sooner than that, say so in the email and we will prioritize it.

What happens after you cancel

• No further payments are collected.
• Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. If you cancel during a free trial, the renewal price is never charged.
• Anything you bought outright, such as the Starter Kit or a credit pack, remains yours.
• Your projects are kept so you can come back later. Email support if you would rather have your account deleted.

Do not recognize a charge?

Our charges appear on card statements as CRAYO, INC. If you see one you did not expect, email support before contacting your bank. We reply within 2 business days, and a genuine billing error is refunded.
